We have a full fledged training centre functioning at Bhagalpur. At this training centre, we provide training to the fresh recruits to ensure the standard of Security Service Provided by our company. The training centre is functioning directly under the charge of a retired defence officer and all Ex-army personnel are employed as instructors. In this training centre, the trainees are exposed to various concepts of security and various steps taken to ensure effective security to various installations. They are also trained for handling various emergencies that might occur during the course of their duties. Apart from this, the trainees are also made to undergo the drill and parade to inculcate sense of discipline in them. The trainees also undergo a capsule on un-armed combat to ensure their effectiveness as security guards.
We recruit Ex-servicemen 100% physically fit having bold in personality and sound in profession after verifying of their documents, character and antecedents. Civilians are deployed duly trained at our training centre, those having multicast training are preferred. Retired personnel from para-military forces are also treated as equivalent to ex-servicemen and are absorbed in the same capacity, subject to their experience and suitability. Besides, retired personnel from either Bihar Military police or Bihar home guards possessing the same eligibility criteria laid down for down Ex-servicemen are considered for selection and kept in second line of deployment. In addition, Mr. R. S. B. Singh, IAS (Retd.) Is engaged in liaison with all allied agencies and he monitors the activities to enhance the full proof Securities of installations / organizations, wherever security guards have been deployed.
Our security personal will work eight (08) Hours duty and six days in a week. One weekly off day with full emoluments is admissible to the guard. Therefore we charge 1/6th of the bill amount for the purpose. It is to be noted that we have calculated as per minimum wages act and wages are subject to revision from time to time and it will direct implication on quoted rates.
1. The deployed security personnel will be under your administrative control and they will act under your direction round the clock in supervision of the entire premises to prevent entry of unauthorized persons pilferage or commissions of any offence against property of person on the side premises within the purview of the security personnel. 2. Regulate entry and exist of the personal and personnel within the said premises. 3. To determine in consultation with the officers of your Establishment the strategic points, where security personnel can be deployed. 4. Any change from the duty as prescribed shall be made only with the written orders of your establishment. 5. Engage them in fire fighting. 6. In addition to the above, our security personnel will abide by the instruction of the competent authority of your establishment in respect of further strengthening of the security arrangements. 7. The security personnel deployment in your establishment will also work as escort to the senior Executives as and when required. 8. Control of vehicles, bags and packages being brought into and out of the premises. 9. Assistance with major incident handling and other related duties as assigned by the clients. 10. To keep liaison with local police.
